It's been 1 and a half sem since i entered NTU and joined Hall 2's hall production. We just concluded our year long affair today, or rather yesterday. So many emotions. Relief that everything went well and actually even better and sadness because everything has ended...(accept i still owe canvasing money haha) Such an eye and heart opening experience I never would have had if I hadn't stayed in hall 2! So many choices have led to me to this day and I am honestly happy I made every mistake I made to get to this point. No words can explain the intricate joy I feel in this accomplishment, both with the success of the production and my personal growth with communicating with other people.
Socially awkward penguins would drown in such an environment and I think I pushed myself further today than ever! I really did wish I could have seen the actual performance and not stuck on admin duty at the front desk, but oh well, seeing the pleased faces of the cast and stage people said it all. We did it. All the hard work, laughing and crying in the face of disaster, late nights doing props (sometimes intoxicated with alcohol too lol), were all worth it. Though simple, I really love all the work i did with my fellow PnP ^^ We had our ups and downs but we always got through it even after making every mistake that could be made hahahaha. I love our working attitude and final designs^^
One feels so empty when all the fun and excitement has ended and everything goes back to normal...
I will never forget this experience... :)
